Niesha Cory

Tura Mali is a sound healer and DJ who uses the power of sound to transform people and spaces. An interest in the world of cymatics led her to the practice and study of vibrational healing using the voice and sound healing instruments.

She uses gentle on and off the body modalities to balance the body’s energy centers, allowing the body to rest and relieve stress to promote healing.

Plan to experience deep rest by the end of the bath, occasionally drifting off to sleep or into a healing meditative state.

Allow yourself to be transported to a state of deep relaxation as the practioner use various instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, to create harmonious sounds that resonate with your body and mind. The therapeutic tones will help release tension, reduce stress, and promote a sense of inner peace.

No prior experience with sound therapy is necessary. Simply come as you are, wearing comfortable clothing, be prepared to unwind and let the soothing sounds wash over you. Please bring a yoga mat to lay on the floor and a pillow if you like to enhance your experience.
